The app

A real event app on the App Store, for your attendees and for you.

Their ticket, the schedule, who else is going and your messages, on the phone they already look at, and still there the week after. Your side of the same event lives in the same app.

One install. Every event you run, in the same place on their phone.

The programme and the ticket, one tap from the event, current the moment you change something.

The programme with the room and the speaker on every session, and the ticket they hold up at the door. Change a room on the web and the phone in their hand already knows.

One app, every event

Attendees install Confexio once. Every event you run arrives in the same app.

No download per event. The monthly night and the flagship land in the same list, and the people they met in March are still there in April. Claiming a ticket is a code or a link from you, not an account to set up.

Messages

Your messages land as push notifications, on the phone they carry.

A reminder the night before. The room for the morning session. A schedule change, the moment you make it. Each one a push notification on their phone and an email in their inbox, sent once, to the same list.
Who’s going

A room they can read before they walk in, and keep after they leave.

Everyone with a ticket, with a profile they can open. Attendees connect in the app and the people they met stay in it after the day. You decide whether the list is shown at all.
The photos

One album for the event, with everyone’s photos in it.

Attendees add their photos to the event’s album and see everyone else’s. It is on their phone the week after, with the people in the pictures a tap away.

The left column is the attendee’s own experience of a PDF ticket and a web page. Nobody else’s product is named, on purpose.

Your side

The same app, in organiser mode: the door, the room and the assistant in your pocket.

Check people in, message everyone, hand the door to venue staff, ask the assistant. The desk work stays on the web.

Step 1 of 4

Every event you run has a manage screen in the same app.

Switch to organiser mode and the event turns round: who has arrived, who has not, the door code, the room’s messages. The full dashboard stays on the web for the desk work.

Inside the app

Their ticket, the programme, the people, your messages and the photos, in one app.

Open the event and it is all there. Nothing to hunt for in an inbox, nothing that stops working when the doors close.

The ticket, with a Wallet pass.

The QR the door scans, on the phone and on the lock screen.

It is still on their phone on Friday.

A web page is gone with the tab. An app they installed once is where the ticket, the people and the photos live, and where the next event you run will arrive.
