Nine weeks to the door

From nine weeks out to the day itself, one list runs the whole conference.

The links that sell it, the emails that fill it, the code that opens the door, the scan that answers. The same list at every step.

Step 1 of 4

Nine weeks out, every channel gets its own tracked link, and every buyer is in the app before they arrive.

Put the event up and start selling. Each post, partner and list gets a link and a QR of its own, and every order carries the link it came through, so you know which channel actually moved people.

On the day

One of the two people who built it stands in the room on the day.

Agreed per event, with the run of show planned in advance. Not a success manager on a call: the platform and the person who can change it, in the same room, on the days that matter.

For your attendees

The schedule and the ticket are in the app, current on the morning they change.

Every day, every session, the room and the speaker, updated the moment you change it. The ticket carries its QR code and goes into Apple Wallet in one tap.

The ticket
Before the doors open

Attendees see who else is in the room before they arrive, and connect from a profile.

The attendee list with faces, for ticket holders only. A profile to read, a reason to meet, and who they already know.

After the doors close

A connection request is accepted or declined in one sheet, and the people they met are kept.

The request arrives as a notification and opens as one sheet: Accept, Decline, or view the profile first. Accepted, the two stay in each other's connections long after the conference.

Inside the app

Their ticket, the programme, the people, your messages and the photos, in one app.

Open the event and it is all there. Nothing to hunt for in an inbox, nothing that stops working when the doors close.

Who gets in

Decide which ticket tiers get into which sessions. The door enforces it.

Sessions run down, tiers run across, one tick per pair. A session with nothing ticked is open to everyone; the dinner with only VIP ticked is a dinner the scanner refuses to everyone else.
For the organiser

Change the schedule on the day and the whole room finds out at once.

Move the keynote, and the programme in every pocket moves with it. A notice to the room is yours to send, offered when you save, never sent behind your back.

Speakers

Every speaker keeps their own page current through a link, with no account.

The bio and the photo they chose, on the programme and in the app. A call for speakers, review and confirmation on the same tab, without a spreadsheet.

Communications

Every email to attendees is traced per person: delivered, opened or bounced.

Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, off the event date. A broadcast reaches everyone with a ticket, or one tier. Every send leaves a row.

The day

The day is the product.

A conference is judged on the days it happens, not on the feature list you bought it on.
The numbers

Every scan is a row you keep: who, when, which session, by whom.

The number your venue counted and the number in your dashboard are the same number, because they are the same list.

Everyone can sell you software. Almost nobody will stand in the room and fix it while you use it.

That is why one of us is on site: the platform and the person who can change it are in the same room, on the days that matter.
Straight answers

Multi-track, badges, branding, the price, and what it does not do yet.

The whole event, with you. Our team loads your programme, rooms, speakers and ticket tiers, puts your emails and your event website in your brand, and connects your Stripe account, so your first login lands on a conference that is ready to sell.

The rest of the year
