Who's going

An attendee list they can read before the doors open. Connections they keep after.

Everyone with a ticket is on the list, with a profile behind the name. Attendees connect in the app and keep the people they met once the event is over. You decide, per event, whether the list is shown at all.

A room they can read before they walk in, and keep when they leave.

The request

A connection request is accepted or declined in one sheet. Accepted, it stays in their connections.

Send from a profile; the request lands as a notification and opens as one sheet: Accept, Decline, or view the profile first. The connections screen is the room they have worked, not a contact list imported whole.

The room

From a name on the list to a connection they keep, in four taps.

The list before the day. A person behind every name. A request they accept. A room that does not empty.

Everyone with a ticket is on it, with their tier under their name. Attendees read it the week before, not at the door, so they arrive knowing who is worth crossing the room for.

Your call

Show the attendee list or hide it, per event, with one switch.

Some rooms are the point of the evening; some are private. The switch sits on the event's settings, and when it is off the list is not served at all: hidden in the database, not just on the screen.

A hidden list is not a screen that does not show it. It is not served.

Your organisation

Attendees follow your organisation once and see every event you run.

Your organisation has a page in the app: who you are, the events you have run, the ones coming up. One tap to follow it, and the next event reaches the people who were at the last one.
Privacy

The list is for ticket holders only. Nobody reads the room before they are in it.

Someone deciding whether to come sees the event, the programme and the speakers. Profiles are seen by the people at the same event and nowhere else. There is no public profile page for a search engine to find.

The room

Who is in the room, by tier, by event and by the hour they met.

The list is the same one you sold from, so the room and the roster are one number.

Connections peak at the dinner, not at the keynote.

The room does not empty when the event ends.

They connect in the app, and the connection is theirs across everything you host. The people they met in March are still there in April, and every event you run adds to the same room.
Straight answers

Messaging, introductions, privacy, and what it does not do yet.

They see who's going, read each other's profiles and connect in the app: send, accept, keep. The connection stays after the event, so the people they met are still there at the next one you run.
