For clubs

Your club's whole year, in one app your members actually open.

Every night you run, the tickets, the door, the messages and the people your members meet, on one account and one list that grows all year. A club is a room, not a database.
A club night: a full bar in blue light, people in conversation

Our own club runs on it. Twelve nights, 228 people, one list, from production.

A club's year

Twelve nights and a flagship on one account, adding up to one roster.

The regular night, the quiet between nights, the flagship, and the year after. The same organisation carries all of it.

Step 1 of 4

The night you run monthly goes up under the same name as the last one.

Put it up, take RSVPs or sell tickets, and scan people in at the door. It runs under the same organisation as the last night, so every one you run adds to the same list rather than starting a new one.

Once a year

The flagship sells first to the people who came all year.

The early-bird link goes to the roster before it goes anywhere else. Tiers, a door team on one code, and a founder on site if you want one there.

For your members

Before the night, members see who is in the room and connect before they arrive.

The attendee list for every night, with faces, for ticket holders only. A profile to read, a request to send, and the answer waiting when they walk in.

After the night

A request is accepted or declined in one sheet. Accepted, the two stay in each other's connections.

The request arrives as a notification and opens as one sheet: Accept, Decline, or view the profile first. A connection made in March is still there in September, and your messages reach the phone they carry, not a chat they muted.

At sign-up

Ask members what the night needs when they sign up. The answers sit on their record.

First time or back again, who they want to meet, whether they are bringing anyone. In the roster and in the export, not in a spreadsheet nobody opens again.

For the club

One roster across every night: who came, who came back, and what they spent.

Every RSVP, ticket and check-in from every night lands on the same list under your organisation. Export it to CSV whenever you like. It is yours.

Email the whole room from the club, scheduled, and traced to delivery per person.

Next for clubs

Memberships and dues are next: paid on the same rails as tickets, with member prices and a member card in Wallet.

The roster already builds itself from who turns up. What comes next is membership with teeth: recurring dues into your own account, tiers that unlock member prices and member-only nights, the card, the directory and the club calendar.
On the roadmap, not live today. We build it in the order the clubs we run with ask for it, and we will say plainly when each piece ships.

The year, counted

Who came, who came back, and which nights they chose, across the whole year.

A group chat never tells you this. An organisation on Confexio does, because every night wrote to the same roster.

The ones who came back.

Twelve nights and the summit in April, under one name.

Nobody opens a membership database.

They open the thing that tells them who is in the room. A club is not the events. It is what survives between them: the people who met at yours, still connected in April, still turning up in September.
A club night in blue light, the bar full
The night ends

The club does not.

That is the thing a ticketing link cannot hold and a group chat cannot prove.
Straight answers

Membership software, dues, the app, and what it does not do yet.

It is the part membership software never reaches: the nights your club runs, the people in the room and what happens between them. Tickets, the door, the programme and who's going sit in one app your members keep on their phone.
