Set up

Set up every ticket tier in minutes: price, capacity, sales window, deposit.

Early bird, Standard, VIP, a guestlist for the door, each with its own price, cap, per-person limit, sales window and deposit. Change a rule and it applies to the next order; a tier that has sold locks its price, so nobody who bought is surprised.

Checkout

A checkout that takes thirty seconds. Apple, Google or an emailed code, then the card.

They sign in with Apple, Google or a code sent to their email, pick how many, add a discount code if they have one, and pay. No app to install. The ticket and its QR code are in their inbox before they have closed the tab.
In the app

Or buy in the app with Apple Pay, and the ticket lands in Wallet.

Early bird, Standard, VIP, named, priced and described by you. Sold out reads as sold out. The ticket arrives on the phone that bought it, with its QR code, and goes straight into Apple Wallet.

Who gets in

Decide which tiers get into which sessions. The door enforces it.

Sessions run down, tiers run across, one tick per pair. A session with nothing ticked is open to everyone; the dinner with only VIP ticked is a dinner the scanner refuses to everyone else. Change it here and every scanner knows.

Deposits

Take a deposit now and collect the balance automatically.

Turn a €1,200 ticket into a €300 decision. The reminders go out on their own, and an unpaid balance is refused at the door.

On the tier: a deposit of 25% or a fixed amount, the rest due days after purchase or by one date for everyone, and what happens if it never comes: pause the ticket, let them in anyway, or cancel.

Price changes

Schedule price changes, early bird to standard to late, and let them happen on their own.

Set the ladder once: early bird until a date or until it sells out, then the next price, then the next. Buyers always see today’s price. Everyone who bought at any rung gets through the same door.

Tracked sell-links

Track which channel actually sold the tickets.

Every link you share can be its own link. When someone clicks one and buys in the same visit, the order carries the link, so a quiet channel is a fact you can act on, not a feeling.

One tracked link per channel, with the orders it produced.

Straight answers

Fees, refunds, currencies, and what it does not do yet.

Confexio is priced per event or per year, agreed with you on a call, not taken as a percentage of your ticket sales. Stripe's processing fee applies to each paid order, charged on your own account, and the rest is yours the moment it sells.
