Speakers

A call for speakers, a roster with faces, and a page each speaker keeps current.

Open the call on your event page, accept or decline from one inbox, and hand each confirmed speaker a link to their own page. No account for them, no spreadsheet for you.

No spreadsheet, no chase by email, no headshot from the wrong decade.

The call for speakers

From a pitch on your event page to a confirmed name on the programme.

One form, one inbox, two signatures, and a page they keep themselves.

Step 1 of 4

Anyone can pitch a talk from your event page. No account needed.

What the audience walks away with: the three things that cost nothing and the one that cost everything.

Send the pitch

No account. They get a confirmation email; you get it in your inbox.

Open the call and the event page grows an apply form: a name, an email, a title, a session if they have one in mind, a short pitch. It goes straight into your dashboard.

On your desk

The roster and the call-for-speakers inbox on one tab, with each speaker’s progress.

Name, role, the sessions they give, and whether their bio and photo are in. The inbox beside it, in the three states you triage between. Reorder the roster and the app follows.
To be announced

Announce the line-up when you are ready. Until then, the session says so.

A session can carry speakers you have confirmed but not announced. Attendees see to be announced in the app and on the event page; switch it off and the faces appear everywhere at once.

Speakers to be announced

In the app right now: “Speaker to be announced”. Switch it off and both faces appear in every pocket.

On stage

Every speaker sits on the sessions they give, in the app and on the event page.

Add a speaker to a session from the roster and they are on it: two on a panel, one on a keynote. Rename them, swap them, and every session they are on changes with them.
Private to you

Their contact details stay with your team. The rest is theirs to show.

The room sees the name, the role, the bio, the photo and the links a speaker chose. Their email and phone sit in a record only your team can open, and never reach the app or the page.

The numbers

The call, the roster and the stage, counted from the same list.

How many pitched, who said yes, whose page is in, and who is on which session, without a spreadsheet to reconcile.

The call, from pitch to confirmed.

Every pitch counted, every yes counter-signed by the speaker.

A roster with faces.

The photo on stage is the one they chose.

You confirm a speaker once. The rest of the year they look after their own page, and every attendee sees the current version, on every session they give.
Straight answers

Accounts, slides, fees, and what it does not do yet.

Yes. Send us the list, or last year's site, and our team builds every speaker page, with photo, role and bio, and links each one to their sessions.
